Window Systems

BOTH the Thermal Frame and Non-Thermal Frame Window Systems are designed specifically for metal building applications. They are self- flashing and self-framing which makes installation very easy.

Thermal Frame Window Systems:

  • Frames are thermally broken
  • Standard glazing is clear insulated glass
  • Standard colors are white or bronze
  • Available in fixed, sliders, single hungs and projected
  • Also available with subframes

Non-Thermal Frame Window Systems:

  • Frames are NOT thermally broken
  • Glass can be single glazed or insulated
  • Standard colors are white, bronze, or mill
  • Available in fixed, sliders, or single hung

  • Standard factory applied white or bronze finish
  • Non-handed system

Standard knock-down door package includes:

  • 5-3/4" 16 gauge galvanized frame with 2" header
  • 20 gauge galvanized leaf
    (18 gauge on 4070)
  • Standard commercial lever lockset
  • Girt clips (pre-engineered building installation)
  • Threshold / sweep / weatherstrip
  • Ball-bearing non-removable pin (NRP) hinges
  • All required fasteners

Knock-down door hardware options:

  • Standard duty rim panic exit device
  • Standard duty grade 3 closer
  • 20" x 24" Tempered lite kit (installed)
